About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage and maintain financial planning tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
