About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bangladeshi chef to join our culinary team in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes, ensure consistently high food quality, maintain rigorous hygiene standards, and efficiently manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes using traditional recipes and cooking techniques
• Ensure all food items meet quality standards and are served at the proper temperature
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with food safety regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and proper food storage
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service
• Monitor portion sizes and minimize food waste through efficient planning
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and properly maintained

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience preparing Bangladeshi cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional Bangladeshi recipes, spices, and flavor profiles
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
