Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician prescriptions and established protocols
• Assess patient conditions through regular monitoring of vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and recovery goals
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during hospitalization and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documentation, and treatment progress reports
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in General Nursing and Midwifery (BSc GNM) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid and current Registered Nurse license recognized in Kuwait or eligible for licensing
• Proven clinical assessment skills with strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare settings
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and ethical nursing practices
• Previous experience in acute care or hospital nursing is preferred but not required
