Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety regulations.

• Oversee site inspections and quality control, addressing any issues that arise to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Analyze project data and provide technical recommendations to optimize engineering solutions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior engineers and promoting continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Civil Engineer in a relevant industry.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, including structural, geotechnical, and transportation engineering.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, meeting deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), essential for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid professional license or certification in civil engineering (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
