Cloud Networking Administrator in Kuwait City

About the Role

The Cloud Networking Administrator is responsible for day‑to‑day management, maintenance, and optimisation of the core network infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, reliability and performance of the network while collaborating with technical teams, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain service availability.
• Provide technical support for roaming operations, fault detection and correction, and network upgrades.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware and software problems and implement security protocols.
• Plan and execute database maintenance activities, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Document, report and continuously improve fault‑management procedures and network processes.
• Coordinate with development and business units for requirements, integrations and new service roll‑outs.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of core network technologies, protocols and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of database management and IT/Data‑warehouse systems.
• Industry certifications in core network or vendor‑specific technologies (preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage stakeholder relationships.
