About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team in Kuwait City. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring profitability across our multi-brand operations. Key Responsibilities

• Calculate food cost percentages for delivery menus and ensure accuracy in pricing strategies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management review and strategic decision-making
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and theoretical costs with comprehensive explanations
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage, and stock movements across all operational outlets
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with procurement team to negotiate supplier contracts and favorable pricing terms
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for complete accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost control within the F&B industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in ERP/POS systems such as Micros, Oracle, or SAP is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English required, Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
• Must have availability to work in Kuwait and obtain necessary work authorization
