About the Role
AppMariage Events & Lifestyle Services is seeking a creative and operations-focused Director of Luxury Event Operations to oversee premium event management and hospitality coordination initiatives within our growing lifestyle organization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of luxury event operations and hospitality coordination activities to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Support comprehensive event planning, operational workflows, and guest experience initiatives for premium events
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, hospitality teams, clients, and stakeholders to align on event objectives and deliverables
- Monitor event timelines, service quality standards, and operational performance to maintain excellence in execution
- Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Assist with reporting, planning, budgeting, and event coordination activities for diverse luxury events
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and luxury service protocols
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proven ability to manage high-profile events
- Extensive experience in luxury events, hospitality operations, event coordination, client services, or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities effectively under tight deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to address complex event challenges
