About the Role

AppMariage Events & Lifestyle Services is seeking a creative and operations-focused Director of Luxury Event Operations to oversee premium event management and hospitality coordination initiatives within our growing lifestyle organization. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of luxury event operations and hospitality coordination activities to ensure exceptional client experiences
• Support comprehensive event planning, operational workflows, and guest experience initiatives for premium events
• Collaborate effectively with vendors, hospitality teams, clients, and stakeholders to align on event objectives and deliverables
• Monitor event timelines, service quality standards, and operational performance to maintain excellence in execution
• Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Assist with reporting, planning, budgeting, and event coordination activities for diverse luxury events
• Ensure strict compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and luxury service protocols

• Extensive experience in luxury events, hospitality operations, event coordination, client services, or related fields
