About the Role

The Director of Workplace Innovation will lead the design and implementation of forward‑thinking office environments that enhance employee experience and productivity. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate business strategy into innovative workspace solutions that support growth and agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive workplace strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, and renovate office spaces.
• Integrate technology, sustainability, and wellness into workspace concepts.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather employee feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards.
• Present progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in workplace design, facilities, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale office transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging workplace trends and technologies.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
