About the Role
We are hiring experienced Electrical Technicians for a long-term contract supporting high-voltage operations in Fahaheel, Kuwait. You will maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems to ensure safe, continuous performance across field sites. This role suits practical problem-solvers who can uphold strict safety standards while driving reliability in demanding environments. You will collaborate with operations teams to execute planned maintenance and rapid response tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and diagnostics to identify faults and prevent failures.
- Execute safe isolation, switching, and commissioning procedures in line with standards.
- Document work completed, parts used, and test results to support compliance and planning.
- Support field operations during outages, emergencies, and project interventions.
- Apply lockout/tagout and risk controls to protect personnel and assets during tasks.
- Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize work and communicate status clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in high-voltage electrical works.
- Proven experience in industrial or field operations within high-voltage environments.
- Holding an ITI, basic technical certification, or diploma (maximum) in electrical discipline.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes, switching procedures, and testing equipment.
- Ability to read drawings, follow work permits, and comply with site rules.
- Willingness to work shifts and support operational priorities as required.
