About the Role

The English School in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to inspire young learners through play-based learning and creative pedagogy. This role involves fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment while delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to support holistic child development and engage families through regular communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and senior staff to enhance learning outcomes.
• Organize classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain open communication with parents through meetings, reports, and digital platforms.
• Ensure classroom safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) or recognized international teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching EYFS or similar early years curriculum.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and inclusive education practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment.
