About the Role

We are seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to join our team in Shuaiba, Kuwait, supporting Occupational Health and Safety requirements for Oil and Gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting training programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Occupational Health and Safety requirements for Oil and Gas projects
  • Conduct safety training programs for personnel at all levels
  • Perform regular safety audits and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety into all operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent international safety certification
  • 3-5 years of HSE experience in Oil and Gas or industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct training and safety presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
