Land Surveyor in Kuwait

About the Role

As a Land Surveyor in Kuwait, you will play a crucial role in ensuring construction projects are executed with precision. Your responsibilities include measuring, mapping, and setting out site coordinates to align construction activities with approved drawings. You will work closely with engineering and construction teams to maintain accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and construction surveys to establish reference points, levels, and boundaries.
• Perform setting out for civil works including foundations, structures, roads, and utilities.
• Use surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level for precise measurements.
• Verify site coordinates against engineering drawings and design specifications.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and records.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Monitor and check construction progress with respect to layout and positioning.
• Identify and report discrepancies between design and actual site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Valid professional license or certification in surveying (if applicable).
• Proven experience in land surveying and construction setting out.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in the Gulf region, particularly Kuwait, is preferred.
