Maintenance Engineer for Juice Production Lines

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for keeping the juice production lines (Tetra Pak) running at peak reliability and efficiency. You will lead corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory and drive root‑cause analysis to minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on Tetra Pak lines (TBA 19 and A3 Speed) to ensure rapid restoration of production.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and support autonomous maintenance with operators.
• Lead major overhauls, shutdown maintenance and continuous‑improvement projects to boost machine reliability.
• Maintain critical spare‑parts inventory, place orders and optimise stock levels.
• Conduct detailed root‑cause analysis for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain juice preparation equipment and upstream supporting systems.
• Record maintenance activities, track KPIs such as downtime, MTBF and MTTR, and report to the Maintenance Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in food‑processing or beverage manufacturing, preferably with Tetra Pak equipment.
• Proven ability to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and to lead root‑cause investigations.
• Strong knowledge of spare‑parts management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance procedures in an industrial environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
