About the Role
Drive sales and revenue for Ooredoo products and services across new and existing B2B accounts in Kuwait, with direct responsibility for the SOHO segment under the Phono subsidiary. You will supervise daily key account management, lead frontline acquisition and retention, and build a healthy sales funnel that consistently delivers against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. By aligning ICT and mobile budgets with senior leadership, you will strengthen Ooredoo’s position as the preferred communications partner for mid-market and SOHO customers in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans targeting Bored B2B customers in Kuwait to ensure sustainable growth and margin improvement.
- Supervise daily work of Key Account Managers to increase sales of Ooredoo products and services across voice, data, and ICT solutions.
- Validate sales plans, pipelines, and leads for qualified mid-market and SOHO accounts while ensuring rigorous documentation and compliance.
- Assess customer needs through ongoing consultancy before and after sale to resolve issues and provide proactive support.
- Deliver training for Key Account Managers on RAS activities, product knowledge, and end-to-end sales procedures.
- Achieve and communicate mobile and ICT revenue targets aligned with the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO, ensuring adherence to budget and AOP.
- Support complex technical and relationship requirements for multinational accounts and provide on-the-job coaching to sharpen sales skills and improve win rates.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B telecommunications sales or account management within Kuwait or the wider Gulf region.
- Strong track record managing SOHO and mid-market portfolios with demonstrable quota attainment and pipeline discipline.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools, with ability to build forecasts, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent consultative selling skills and commercial acumen across mobile voice, data, and ICT services.
- Capability to coach and develop frontline sales teams while enforcing performance management standards.
- Familiarity with regulatory and documentation requirements for corporate customer onboarding in Kuwait.
- Analytical mindset to assess market opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and report results to senior leadership.
