About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with American Curriculum frameworks
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning sessions
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into daily instruction
• Mentor and guide students to achieve their academic and personal goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant teaching subject area
• Valid teaching certification or license from recognized educational authority
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in American Curriculum schools
• Strong command of English language and communication skills
• Understanding of Differentiated Instruction and student-centered learning approaches
• Ability to integrate educational technology into teaching practices
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a diverse educational setting
