About the Role

Join a leading Family Entertainment Center and Mall in Kuwait seeking dedicated professionals. We're hiring for an Operations Supervisor role at our FEC and an Admin & Accountant role for both our FEC and Mall, offering dynamic opportunities in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Supervisor: Oversee daily operations of the Family Entertainment Center, ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and training, and monitor daily sales, reports, and operational KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams, support marketing activities, events, and promotions, and control costs, inventory, and stock levels.
• Admin & Accountant: Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination, manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Prepare financial records, invoices, and reports, handle accounts payable and receivable, and assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Reconcile accounts and support monthly closing processes, coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, and maintain employee records.

Required Qualifications

• Operations Supervisor: Proven experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Admin & Accountant: Solid background in administrative and accounting tasks, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software.
• Both roles require a commitment to compliance with company policies and procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
