Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and Primavera
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
