About the Role

HRInvest, a leading Kuwait-based industrial and retail group, is seeking a Project Sales professional specializing in government contracts. The successful candidate will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities within ministries, public institutions, and government contractors across Kuwait. This role requires expertise in preparing competitive proposals and closing deals that align with our diversified portfolio of industrial appliances and international retail franchises.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue government tender opportunities across ministries and public institutions
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals for industrial and retail projects
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers
• Analyze tender requirements and develop tailored solutions meeting compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposal quality and timely submissions
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals with government entities
• Monitor project performance and maintain client satisfaction post-contract award

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in government sales or tendering within Kuwait
• Proven track record of successfully closing government contracts
• Strong understanding of Kuwaiti government procurement processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of industrial equipment or retail franchise sectors preferred
