Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve guests courteously and efficiently.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and maintain barista stations to brand and hygiene standards.
- Prep ingredients and assist line cooks to ensure timely, consistent plate execution as a commis cook.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and service ware during and after shifts.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors promptly.
- Handle cash, card, and voucher transactions with accuracy and accountability.
- Support colleagues during peak periods to sustain service flow and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
- Ability to perform reliably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly approach with guests and team members.
- Valid Article 18 visa, current health card, and transferable residency in Kuwait.
- Strong awareness of food safety, hygiene, and basic kitchen or bar standards.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
- Asian nationalities preferred; prior regional hospitality experience is advantageous.
