About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join a growing team in Kuwait. In this role, you will serve as the key link between clients and technical teams, using your communication skills to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions. You will present technical and financial proposals for furniture and interior details while working closely with design and implementation teams to ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with clients to identify their requirements and recommend appropriate furniture and design solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and financial proposals for furniture and interior projects.
- Monitor client interactions throughout the sales cycle and drive deals to successful closure.
- Coordinate with design and implementation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends, product offerings, and competitor activity in the furniture and interior space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales or client-facing engineering roles.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and project teams.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong follow-up discipline.
