About the Role
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Coordinator plays a key role in optimizing pharmaceutical sales operations in Kuwait. This position focuses on managing sales performance reporting, targeting strategies, incentive programs, and CRM coordination to drive field force productivity. The coordinator ensures that sales strategies are executed effectively while maintaining full compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries
- Track key performance indicators including sales versus target, call activity, coverage, and productivity
- Support physician and account targeting and segmentation efforts
- Assist with territory alignment and field force deployment initiatives
- Coordinate sales incentive calculations and perform validation processes
- Act as CRM system coordinator, managing Veeva CRM or Salesforce platforms
- Provide analytical support for product launches, brand reviews, and call planning optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of two to four years of experience in pharmaceutical sales operations or sales force effectiveness
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Veeva CRM or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, BI tools, or reporting platforms
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales KPIs, territory management, and targeting methodologies
- Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
