About the Role
Divine Cares Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Services Manager to oversee clinical operations, healthcare service coordination, and workflow management across our Kuwait-based facilities. This leadership role ensures seamless integration of clinical services, optimizes patient care delivery, and aligns operational strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor clinical operations teams to achieve service excellence and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate healthcare service delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow management.
- Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards, including accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative departments to align clinical services with organizational objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on service quality, cost-effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for clinical service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Services, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in clinical operations management within healthcare settings.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in clinical service delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in healthcare project management, process improvement methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies and external partners.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
