About the Role
The Inter Human Rights Alliance seeks a Senior Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager to drive impactful engagement initiatives across Kuwait. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with local organizations, amplifying human rights advocacy, and fostering inclusive community programs aligned with the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will leverage strong communication skills to design outreach campaigns, mobilize grassroots support, and ensure sustainable collaboration between the alliance and diverse community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies to enhance public awareness of human rights issues
- Establish and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and civil society groups
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns targeting local populations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs through data collection and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with broader organizational goals
- Create culturally sensitive educational materials for community distribution
- Manage social media and digital platforms to expand the alliance’s community presence
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in community outreach or partnership management, preferably in human rights or social advocacy sectors
- Deep understanding of human rights frameworks and relevant legal or policy contexts in Kuwait
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strong project management abilities with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with proficiency in digital tools for campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic, community-driven environments
- Prior experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region is highly advantageous
