Senior Corporate Strategy Director in Kuwait City

About the Role

The Senior Corporate Strategy Director will shape and drive the long‑term strategic agenda for Valentin Scorpio Executive Holdings in Kuwait City. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will translate business intelligence into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of corporate strategy, annual plans and multi‑year road‑maps.
• Collaborate with senior executives to align operational initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitive intelligence and internal data to identify growth opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare board‑level presentations and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor junior strategy analysts and foster a culture of data‑driven decision making.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or senior business development roles.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale strategic projects within the GCC or similar markets.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of presenting to C‑suite and board members.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
