About the Role
YesGgow Interactive Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Success Operations Director to lead customer success operations, client engagement processes, and service improvement initiatives within its growing technology organization in Kuwait City. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on improving customer experience, driving operational efficiency, and managing cross-functional workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments and customer-facing teams to strengthen operational performance and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer success and operational support activities across the organization.
- Support and optimize client engagement workflows and customer experience initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
- Monitor service performance, operational processes, and key performance indicators.
- Help improve systems, reporting processes, and customer support operations.
- Assist with operational planning, scheduling, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Maintain quality standards across all customer success operations and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer success, operations management, client services, account management, or customer support.
- Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service operations or client support workflows.
