About the Role
Ooredoo Kuwait, a leading telecommunications provider in the Gulf region, seeks a Senior Engineer to drive demand and delivery initiatives. This role focuses on translating business needs into technical solutions, managing digital projects, and optimizing time-to-market through Agile and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for solution design.
- Act as a technical liaison between business units and ADM vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely deliverables.
- Lead feasibility studies, HLD, and LLD for digital platforms and IT infrastructure.
- Implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Manage vendor relationships, including ADM partners, to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Oversee business-as-usual tasks and change requests within defined SLAs.
- Provide cost analyses, timelines, and resource planning for project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in telecommunications or IT project management (5+ years preferred).
- Expertise in Agile/DevOps frameworks and digital platform development.
- Strong vendor management skills with a focus on ADM and technology partners.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of mobile app development, middleware, and IT node integration.
