Senior DevOps Engineer at BeHigh Software Solutions in Al Asimah

About the Role

BeHigh Software Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our modern cloud-first engineering team in Al-Asimah, Kuwait. You will shape how software is delivered, scaled, and operated across the organization, taking full ownership of our cloud infrastructure and deployment ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work on production-scale systems with real architectural decision-making authority from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud environments using AWS, ensuring high availability and security
• Build and optimize automated deployment pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure software delivery
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools to ensure reproducibility and scalability
• Manage Docker-based workloads and Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting systems to ensure system health and performance
• Apply DevSecOps principles to maintain secure, optimized infrastructure
• Work closely with software engineers to improve deployment processes and system architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP
• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
• Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent automation tools
• Strong knowledge of Linux and networking concepts
