About the Role

SGS Hope Retail & Distribution is looking for a seasoned senior director to lead retail and distribution operations across its growing network in Kuwait City. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of store performance, inventory flow and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate retail operations and distribution activities across multiple locations.
• Lead store‑level planning, coordination and growth initiatives in partnership with regional teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, operational workflows and customer service standards, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply‑chain execution.
• Oversee reporting, inventory coordination and operational planning, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to strategic retail development and long‑term growth plans.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail operations, store management or distribution coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Professional, collaborative approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with retail management systems and operational workflows is preferred.
