About the Role

Biocorredor Environmental Solutions is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager to lead regulatory strategy and oversee environmental risk programs across the Gulf region. In this senior leadership role, you will collaborate with executive leadership, operational teams, and government authorities to ensure all projects meet regional and international environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee environmental compliance frameworks aligned with Kuwait and GCC regulatory standards.
• Lead environmental audits, site inspections, and risk mitigation initiatives across infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Manage and mentor Environmental Officers and Compliance Specialists, fostering high operational standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, contractors, and executive stakeholders regarding environmental performance.
• Support company‑wide ESG initiatives by implementing sustainable operational practices and long‑term environmental planning.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in environmental compliance, industrial sustainability, or regulatory management.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership role with proven team‑management skills.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance reporting, and sustainability frameworks within the GCC region.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement environmental risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
