About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Ooredoo Kuwait. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base while actively acquiring new clients in the Data Centre sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning propositions and ensure we meet our ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a leading telecommunications company operating across 17 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify and win new Data Centre customers
  • Maintain and grow the assigned existing customer base
  • Develop strategies to win back targeted major accounts
  • Determine key client requirements and communicate internally for winning propositions
  • Participate in marketing and product development discussions
  • Maintain pipeline opportunities at 3x the annual New Sales target
  • Provide monthly billed revenue forecasts with +/-5% accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline from recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in solutions or services
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Kuwait
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong networking abilities within the business community
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English
