Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager – Kuwait

About the Role

Hadid Retail Markets is looking for an experienced senior professional to lead its end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics functions across Kuwait. You will be responsible for aligning procurement, warehousing, and distribution strategies with the company’s growth objectives while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy, including sourcing, inventory control, and transportation planning.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, managing third‑party carriers, customs clearance, and last‑mile delivery.
• Implement robust demand‑forecasting and inventory optimisation models to minimise stock‑outs and excess inventory.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of planners, warehouse supervisors, and logistics coordinators, fostering continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfilment rate, lead time, and logistics cost, and report insights to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks in the GCC region.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
