About the Role

Berlin Energi Infrastructure Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project Director to lead complex, multi-phase infrastructure and industrial energy projects based in Kuwait City. This strategic leadership position combines technical expertise with operational precision, overseeing high-value initiatives from planning through final implementation. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering departments, contractors, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale technical and infrastructure projects from initial planning and budgeting through execution and final delivery.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation standards, and resource planning strategies that improve efficiency and project performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams while mentoring Project Managers, Technical Leads, and senior engineering staff.
• Manage communication with executive leadership, contractors, government authorities, and commercial partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project risks, operational bottlenecks, and compliance requirements while implementing solutions that maintain delivery quality and operational reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 8 plus years of experience in technical project management, infrastructure operations, or industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex engineering or operations teams.
• Strong background in large-scale infrastructure project delivery and industrial energy systems.
• Proven ability to develop project roadmaps, resource strategies, and implementation standards.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern project management platforms, digital engineering systems, and integrated reporting technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills suited for fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
