About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Slickline Foreman to oversee wellsite operations in the Al Ahmadi region. This critical role involves managing field crews, supervising technical slickline interventions, and ensuring that all operational activities are executed with the highest standards of efficiency and safety. You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise slickline crews during well intervention and maintenance operations.
- Coordinate daily crew assignments and manage on-site personnel scheduling.
- Oversee the routine inspection and preventative maintenance of all slickline equipment and tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols at all times.
- Monitor operational performance to maintain high service quality and minimize downtime.
- Prepare accurate daily operational reports and technical documentation for management review.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site to ensure continuous and safe wellsite operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within slickline operations.
- Deep technical knowledge of slickline tools, equipment, and well intervention techniques.
- Strong understanding of oilfield safety standards and HSE management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in demanding field environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication skills for reporting to both field staff and client representatives.
- Valid certifications relevant to oilfield operations and safety management.
