About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor to lead well intervention operations in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee daily slickline activities, ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and manage a team of technicians delivering efficient well intervention services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all slickline operations and well intervention activities
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company safety protocols
• Manage team performance, conduct training, and maintain operational efficiency
• Oversee equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration for optimal performance
• Coordinate with drilling and production teams for seamless operations integration
• Maintain detailed records of operations, incidents, and equipment logs
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in slickline operations within the oil and gas sector
• Supervisory background leading technical teams in offshore or onshore environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSE standards and well intervention procedures
• Proven track record in equipment maintenance and quality assurance practices
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop junior personnel
• Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation methodologies
