Store Keeper – Food Products in Kuwait

About the Role

The Store Keeper will oversee the daily operations of a food products warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role requires a blend of inventory expertise and team leadership to maintain high standards of stock control and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming food products in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels using established control systems, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Coordinate the dispatch of goods to suppliers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports on inventory movements, stock status, and discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are available and schedules are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Leadership ability with experience managing a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Current residency in Kuwait and a valid Kuwaiti driving license with a personal vehicle.
