About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion boutique at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, developing our team, and maintaining operational excellence in a premium retail environment. This is a key leadership role for a recognized luxury fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure high levels of customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience
- Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates and supervisors
- Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintain brand standards and elevate the luxury retail identity
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-spending clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
