About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute cementing job plans, including laboratory testing and pre-job simulations.
• Supervise field operations for cementing, well stimulation, and drilling activities.
• Analyze well site data to enhance performance and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and management system procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project efficiency and technical outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related science field.
• Advanced certifications or coursework in cementing technologies, drilling engineering, or reservoir analysis.
• Minimum 6 years of field experience in oilfield services, with a focus on cementing or drilling.
• Proven experience in cementing job design, laboratory testing, and pre-job simulations.
• Prior roles as a Field Service Technician or Technical Professional in cementing operations.
