About the Role
Kuwait Jobs, a reputed manufacturing company in Sulaibiya, is seeking qualified Technicians to support its industrial operations. The role involves maintaining refrigeration systems, repairing A.C mini splits, and assisting in cold room operations. Candidates must have hands-on technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment. A valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred for logistical flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and A.C mini split systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cold storage environments
- Collaborate with senior technicians to optimize equipment performance
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Document repairs and system statuses for records
- Adhere to safety protocols in industrial settings
- Assist in training junior staff on technical procedures
Required Qualifications
- Proven technical experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields
- Valid Kuwait Driving License (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina for lifting and equipment handling
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
