About the Role
We are seeking experienced telecommunications technicians and riggers to join our team in Kuwait City. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications infrastructure and equipment. This position requires working at heights and in various weather conditions while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain telecommunications towers, antennas, and associated equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on telecom infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic and coaxial cable systems
- Assist with rigging operations and heavy equipment handling
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Document installation activities and maintain equipment records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new site deployments
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telecommunications technician or rigger
- Valid certification in telecommunications or related technical field
- Ability to work safely at heights and in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of fiber optic and wireless communication systems
- Physical fitness to handle demanding field work conditions
- Valid residency status in Kuwait
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
