About the Role

Gulf Bank is seeking motivated Trainees to join our branch network in Kuwait. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on banking experience while developing professional skills in a dynamic financial environment. The trainee program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to retail banking operations, customer service excellence, and foundational knowledge of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and various banking services
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other financial transactions accurately
• Maintain cash drawers and ensure proper handling and security of funds
• Promote bank products and services to clients through consultative selling approaches
• Support daily branch operations including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace following bank standards
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and verbal
• Basic understanding of banking operations, financial services, and customer needs
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally
• Reliable attendance record and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
