About the Role

Join Zain Kuwait as a Transport Network Engineer based in Kuwait City. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test transport network equipment including RON, GPON, and DWDM systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal network uptime
• Support capacity expansions and infrastructure upgrades across Kuwait
• Monitor alarms, analyze logs, and respond promptly to network incidents
• Maintain accurate records of network inventory, configurations, and updates
• Assist specialists in troubleshooting escalated issues and technical problems
• Comply with ISMS policies and report security breaches immediately
• Adhere to environmental requirements and OH&S management standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Hands-on experience with configuration and installation of network equipment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
