Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, chopping, mixing, and basic cooking tasks as directed.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Organize and manage food inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and timely communication of supply shortages.
• Handle dishwashing, waste disposal, and general upkeep of the kitchen environment throughout each shift.
• Support plating and presentation tasks to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of meals.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations in compliance with local health standards.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, catering company, or food service environment.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene practices and kitchen safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods in a hot kitchen setting.
• Valid transferable visa (Visa 18) is mandatory for this position.
• Availability to join immediately is strongly preferred.
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively within a team, and adapt to shifting priorities during service.
