Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Provide attentive service while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Clear tables and reset settings according to service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout shifts
• Follow all health and safety protocols in food service areas

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages preferred)
• Reliability and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
