About the Role
We are urgently seeking skilled welders for immediate employment in Kuwait. This role involves fabricating and repairing metal structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to large-scale industrial projects. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for overtime and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate welding machinery to join metal components with precision.
- Inspect welds for quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure workplace compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG, or arc welding preferred).
- Familiarity with Kuwaiti safety regulations and industrial standards.
- Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
- Physical stamina for manual labor and standing for extended periods.
- Valid work visa (Ahli 18) or eligibility to obtain one.
