About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor for a dynamic cafe in Egaila, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume customer service and operations within specialty coffee environments. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain exceptional service standards in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage offerings while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and mentor baristas and support staff to uphold service excellence.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle financial reporting.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking of coffee beans, pastries, and other essentials.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty coffee shop management or similar high-volume retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve operational challenges in fast-paced settings.
- Valid Kuwait work visa (Ahli Visa 18) and authorization to work in the hospitality sector.
- Fluency in English and Arabic for effective communication with staff and customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory and staff performance tracking.
