About the Role
The Country Manager will lead operations, sales, and business development for a leading international oil and gas well services company in Kuwait. This full-time residential role involves managing drilling and well services operations, with expertise in fishing or Tubular Running Services (TRS) product lines. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee drilling and well services operations, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives within the Kuwaiti market.
- Manage profit and loss forecasts, budgets, and commercial strategies.
- Lead fishing or TRS product line operations, leveraging technical and commercial expertise.
- Collaborate with regional teams to expand market presence and client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operations, technical sales, and account management within drilling/well services.
- Proven expertise in fishing or TRS product lines, with a focus on technical and commercial execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting experience.
- Extensive Middle East experience, with prior work in Kuwait highly preferred.
- Engineering degree and fluency in English communication.
