About the Role
Combined Group Contracting, a leader in infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kuwait, seeks an Executive Secretary to provide critical administrative and organizational support to senior management. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations for Project Managers, Directors, and Executives, aligning with the company's commitment to excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel, visas, and accommodations.
- Draft and format official documents such as letters, reports, contracts, and meeting agendas/minutes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Handle communication on behalf of executives, managing emails, calls, and correspondence, and acting as a liaison between management and clients, contractors, government offices, and internal departments.
- Organize office operations and documentation systems, coordinate with HR, finance, and engineering departments, and track deadlines, submissions, and approvals.
- Assist in project support activities, including managing tender documents and project paperwork, and monitor document flow between site and head office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong English communication skills (proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of organization, confidentiality, and professionalism.
