About the Role

As the first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors in our high‑end residential communities, you will embody the brand’s commitment to exceptional service. You will manage daily front‑desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment while maintaining strict security protocols. Your role blends hospitality, communication and operational support to create a seamless living experience for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and front‑desk inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Receive, log and distribute parcels and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Monitor lobby access and enforce building security procedures, including access control.
  • Assist residents with requests, complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with building management and maintenance teams to resolve resident issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and front‑desk area at all times.
  • Prepare and submit daily logs, reports and incident summaries.
  • Provide concierge‑style support such as booking reservations, providing directions and sharing local information.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a front‑desk, concierge or customer‑service role, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy for logging and reporting.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and access‑control systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required by community events.
