About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that supports growth and efficiency.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver AI, cloud, automation, and data‑analytics projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure digital initiatives are tightly aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee systems integration, platform modernization, and process optimisation while monitoring key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data‑privacy standards throughout all projects.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience driving digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology consulting at a senior level.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale, multi‑year digital initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, cloud services, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
