About the Role

The role involves essential cleaning duties combined with general helper responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Successful candidates will help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and customer service while supporting our kitchen and serving teams with various tasks throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep cleaning of dining areas, tables, chairs, and floor surfaces throughout each shift
- Assisting with food preparation tasks including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Clearing used dishes from tables, washing utensils, and loading dishwashers efficiently
- Maintaining clean restrooms with regular sanitizing and keeping supplies stocked
- Storing food ingredients properly and organizing kitchen equipment and cooking tools
- Supporting serving staff by setting up dining areas and clearing finished meals promptly
- Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic working environment always
Required Qualifications
- Good physical condition to perform cleaning work and lift items up to 25kg regularly
- Availability for immediate start and flexible working schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and personal hygiene standards required
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record for this position
